Refund & cancellation policy

Cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled slot: full refund.

Cancelled less than 24 hours before the slot, or no-show: no refund. Message us if something unusual happened.

If we cancel your consultation slot: full refund plus an offer to rebook (email/WhatsApp).

Refund before Day 1 of the cohort: full refund. Refund before Day 1 does not grant course access.

After Day 1 has started: no automatic refund.

After course access is granted: no refund after the first video play or 7 calendar days from enrollment, whichever comes first.

In exceptional cases, message us and we will look at it.

Eligible refunds are processed through Razorpay where applicable. The operator records the reason in admin. Refund timing follows your bank or payment provider.
