Puvanapriya (“we”, “us”) provides land registration consulting, workshop cohorts, and video courses for Tamil Nadu property owners and learners. Contact: hello@puvanapriya.com.

We collect information you provide when booking consultations, joining workshops, purchasing course access, or contacting us: name, email, mobile number, meeting preferences, and message content. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay; we receive transaction references and status, not full card details.

We use your information to deliver bookings, send confirmations and transactional messages (email and WhatsApp where opted in), operate enrollments, issue certificates, and improve our services. Marketing messages are sent only when you opt in.

We share data with service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, email, payments, video streaming, calendar scheduling) under contracts that limit use to providing the service. We do not sell personal information.

We retain booking, order, and enrollment records as needed for legal, tax, and support purposes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures; no online system is perfectly secure.
